Neighborhoods

Tucked into the rolling hills nearby, Las Campanas’ residents enjoy the perks of residing in a gated golf community: world-class golf courses, one of Santa Fe’s premier country clubhouses, and ample amenities. Created in 1992, the neighborhoods of Las Campanas also offer larger-than-normal plots of land and evoke a sense of luxury.

Las Campanas real estate ranges in size from 1/3 acre to 5 acres, depending on the estate, or individual neighborhood. Horses are allowed on some home sites. The community is gated and roving patrols keep an eye on the properties 24/7. Each enclave has its own covenants and design guidelines, with which to ensure the area’s rich Santa Fe character. While a few neighborhoods use Santa Fe city water, the majority of them draw from the Las Campanas state of the art community water system.

Each estate has a unique character, many of which are governed by its own covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs) in addition to the master association governing documents. Some estates bear only numbers, some only names, some carry both. The location of each of the Las Campanas estates may be found on the Las Campanas map.

The platted maximum number of lots in Las Campanas is 1717, of which slightly less than 1000 have been developed or are being held open by private owners to preserve their views or for future homesites.
